About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality and Safety Manager/Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the management of Project Quality and Safety manager (PrQSM) teams at site level. You will anticipate resource needs and ensure consolidation of the PrQSM workload for the site on a quarterly basis. Additionally, you will elaborate the yearly training plan for your teams and propose qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Alstom Participating Units at DFQ level and measure their performance with the Project Management process correspondent
- Ensure and improve the tender quality during the tender phase upon request (deliverables, resources anticipation for quality and quality tender management plan)
- Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure its proper application during contract execution in accordance with contract requirements and Alstom processes
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Engineering with a Management background, depending on the size of the project. You should have experience in project management and be fluent in English. Experience in operational activities and documentation management is desirable.
