We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Emerging Risks Analyst to join our Strategic & Emerging Risks team at the AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying, understanding, and raising awareness on emerging risks that may have a significant impact on our organization and clients in the next 5 to 10 years.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualitatively assess emerging risks, including newly developing or changing risks characterized by major uncertainty.
- Write monthly Emerging Risks newsletters to inform and increase risk awareness among AXA employees worldwide.
- Review news stories to identify new risks, including long-term trends, weak signals, regulatory evolutions, and technological advances.
- Contribute to the annual publication of AXA's Future Risks Report.
- Support and manage an Emerging Risks community, involving operational entities and experts from the AXA Group.
- Support communication and awareness-raising about emerging risks within the AXA Group and promote the team's work.
- Produce Emerging Risks studies on topics of interest for the Group.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in social sciences, economics, or engineering, and a keen interest in socio-economic issues, technological changes, environment, and health-related topics. You should have excellent written and communication skills in English, as well as strong analytical and summarization skills.
