Stellantis' Software Organization (SWX) was established to craft the most engaging experiences in the cutting-edge realm of Automotive Technology. As a Cybersecurity & Functional Safety Program Manager at SWX, you will oversee the technical integration of cybersecurity and/or functional safety principles across the new Centralized and Service-Oriented End-to-End E/E Architecture. You will coordinate with project management teams (functional reporting), ensuring timely product delivery and the fulfillment of overall E/E Architecture cybersecurity and/or Functional Safety milestones. This role will guarantee the technical alignment of our product with the requirements of nearly 80% of Stellantis' 14 Brands portfolio. Collaborating with your team, you will drive critical decisions related to cybersecurity and/or functional safety. The primary objective is to launch a world-class platform product that is inherently safe and secure by design, surpassing all current and future technological challenges in the pursuit of a truly software-defined vehicle. We are looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in high-content EE Architecture solutions capable of delivering state-of-the-art EE platforms that will support Stellantis' Software Strategy, optimize solutions, and facilitate Hardware evolution independent of Software through an Agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the convergence of cybersecurity and/or functional safety across all platform products.
- Collaborate with project teams within SWX (functional reporting).
- Coordinate with vehicle project teams.
- Gather new feature requests, manage technical assessments, and evaluate feasibility.
- Support the convergence and application of product technical policies, adhering to international standards and internal Stellantis guidelines.
- Consistently drive early lifecycle delivery through an Agile approach.
- Foster collaboration opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
- Demonstrate initiative and drive results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering business and technology outcomes for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Extensive experience in defining and designing large, complex embedded networked computer systems, including system topologies, components, and interfaces.
- Familiarity with emerging automotive regulations: Cyber Security regulations (UNECE R155) and standards (ISO/SAE 21434 Road vehicles — Cybersecurity engineering) and/or Functional Safety standards: ISO26262.
- Profound understanding of typical vehicle EE architectures and automotive development processes.
- Management experience in ideating and creating intellectual property.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in designing EE platforms or components for Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
