About The Position
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Application Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting and Finance team, you will be responsible for the management and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system for Accounting-Finance-Management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the system, enriching the platform, and improving processes to meet the needs of our agencies and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the NetSuite applicative platform in operational conditions, ensuring the proper functioning of the platform and its interfaces.
- Manage functional and technical incidents within the scope, performing functional and technical administration of the solution and user rights administration.
- Provide user support, handle assistance requests, manage incidents and problems, and answer questions.
- Train end-users on NetSuite functionalities and processes.
- Identify and implement Reports and Saved Searches to facilitate information retrieval and daily user tasks.
- Manage the evolution of the platform, implementing new functionalities and managing integration projects of new agencies.
- Analyze and improve business processes to maximize operational efficiency, collaborating with different departments to identify and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application maintenance of Accounting-Finance-Management solutions, with specific expertise in NetSuite.
- Experience in implementing Accounting-Finance-Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite and its modules.
- Skills in JavaScript and SuiteScript scripts.
- Understanding of financial and accounting processes.
- Personal organization, good time and priority management skills.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and quality commitment.
- Interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Energetic, motivated, and curious mindset.
- Good written and oral communication skills, mandatory in both English and French.
