About the Role:

Sprint RH is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telephonic outreach and in-person meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
