About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Lead to join our team at AccorCorpo. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Big Data solutions, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Data Engineers in the design, development, and deployment of Big Data solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud-based technologies
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all data assets
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for the team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Big Data and cloud computing
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Big Data and cloud computing
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex data projects
  • Expertise in AWS, including Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon EMR
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions
