Overview
At CODRA, our engineering division is dedicated to applying information technology within industrial and scientific environments. We oversee the operational integrity of the control-command systems for the Laser Megajoule project on behalf of CEA. As the project continues to expand, we are looking to strengthen our project management team.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing documentation deliverables
- Participating in weekly client meetings and recording minutes
- Documenting client requests relevant to CODRA's services
- Conducting weekly reviews of client requests and internal follow-ups
- Preparing materials for monthly steering meetings
- Implementing and regularly updating project steering indicators
- Establishing and tracking client action items
- Consistently monitoring quote fulfillment and internal follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in IT within an industrial or scientific setting
- Educational background in a technical or scientific discipline
- Ability to prioritize and distill large amounts of information
- Detail-oriented and methodical with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in project management
- Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in MS Project, JIRA, and Tuleap being advantageous
