Senior Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of Quality and Excellence to join our team at Fraser Dove International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a 3-5 year strategic plan for the Quality department in collaboration with the Chief Quality Officer.
- Quality Governance: Ensure quality governance and oversight on all quality-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Work with the Chief Quality Officer to establish and maintain the Quality Organization budget and financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze processes end-to-end, identify gaps and deficiencies, and implement actions to ensure cGMP compliant, robust, and efficient processes.
- Best Practices: Identify best practices across different Quality units internally and externally, and implement plans for productivity and operational improvements.
- Leadership: Facilitate the preparation of major group Quality management meetings, and support the Group Quality Lead Team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support preparation and execution of health authorities inspections and internal audits as needed.
- Culture Development: Partner with site functions to promote Quality and Safety Culture.
- Strategic Partnerships: Ensure resources and systems are in place for the Quality liaison to strategic partners.
- Leadership Development: Direct reports up to 18 globally, and oversee Quality Strategy.
- Education: Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry).
- Experience: General Management/Business degree an advantage (e.g. MBA or equivalent). Operational Excellence certification required (black belt preferred). Experience in quality assurance within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, with strong experience in the field of operations.
- Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to work adapt to the company and local culture in a transformational complex environment.
