Mission Overview:

  • Leading a dedicated team responsible for the regularization of charges within a property management organization.
  • Delivering operational support to maintain consistent practices and effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the punctual and precise regularization of charges, while recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Enhancing procedures and increasing responsiveness to tenant requests.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supervisory roles related to charge management.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, a strong reporting mindset, and adeptness in task prioritization.
  • Proactive in addressing challenges and knowledgeable about charge regulations.
  • Competence in Excel and other office software.
  • Strong collaborative skills, effective communication, and a results-driven approach.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum educational attainment: Bachelor's degree (BAC + 3).
  • Specialization in Civil Engineering/Building and Public Works is preferred.
