About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue generation through data-driven decisions. This includes defining commercial strategy, challenging processes, and providing dashboards to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial performance, identifying trends and sharing insights with the AVIV France team.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, producing data, analyzing, interpreting, and formulating recommendations for the leadership team.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving multidisciplinary teams (Tech, Product, Marketing, etc.), from needs analysis to operational implementation and impact assessment.
- Deploy the AVIV Group's unique Sales Operations expertise across other platforms within the Axel Springer group.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an analyst or in a strategy/conseil role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., commerce, engineering, or equivalent).
- Be structured, rigorous, and analytical in approach.
- Proficient in Excel fundamentals.
- Ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or scale-up Tech environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a CRM tool.
