Hays France is seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Supervisor specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team.
As a vital member of our claims department, you will be responsible for overseeing claims related to Automobile and Home insurance. Your primary duties will include:
- Engaging with clients through various communication channels to facilitate claim declarations.
- Collecting and analyzing essential information for effective claim processing.
- Evaluating claims to ensure compliance with coverage and applicable deductibles.
- Assessing liabilities and coordinating with experts as necessary.
- Monitoring the progress of claims and reviewing expert assessments and settlement calculations.
- Finalizing claim settlements and managing recovery processes from third parties.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector or related fields.
- A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to tackle challenges.
- Exceptional written communication and listening abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A willingness to undergo training on our products, tools, and operational methods.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a fixed and variable component, ranging from €27,000 to €34,000 gross per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the flexibility of working remotely up to three days a week.
