Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and performing complex analytics and statistical modeling on large data sets to optimize supply chain operations workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize organizational capacity and support business objectives
  • Collect and analyze data to forecast demand and predict inventory needs
  • Work with Excel data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement efficiency and performance improvements
  • Develop and distribute periodic performance reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor performance KPIs for compliance and reporting
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
  • Coordinate updating daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and scorecards
  • Manage resource consumption and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze and make recommendations for inventory re-order points
  • Update weekly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accuracy of inventory, costs, and customer needs
  • Partner with Supply Chain team members and leadership to investigate problems and develop solutions
  • Manage logistics teams, including people management, performance reviews, and training
  • Define training requirements and monitor training progress
  • Lead and support team members' aspirations within the organization

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and systems
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics
