Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at TXO Systems Ltd. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to build trust and drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, track progress, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as provide accurate forecasts and reporting.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales software, with experience in utilizing these tools to manage sales activity and track progress.
