Job Title: Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator

At Château de Pommard, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless wine deliveries worldwide, managing customer requests, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to customer requirements and international regulations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage documentation for goods movement, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of wine stocks, dry stocks, and inventories to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supplier and Carrier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery services.
  • Customs and Legislation: Stay up-to-date with the latest European and international customs legislation to ensure optimal compliance and minimize risks.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly and annual reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, or Order Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or customer service within an international context.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in CRM software and IT tools.
  • Language: Fluency in spoken and written English, with French being a key requirement.
