Sales Territory Manager

**Position Summary:**
The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. This involves managing business accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with customers to achieve sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the territory and specific accounts.
* Maintain a deep understanding of Novogene Europe's products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
* Manage existing accounts and expand the customer base in the territory.
* Participate in sales activities and attend meetings.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in life science required; PhD preferred.
* Previous experience in Next Generation Sequencing necessary.
* Native or business-level French and English speaking.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to generate new customer leads and build a business.
* Independent work remotely from a home office.
