Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and farewell guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Ensure the efficient running of the hotel's overnight operations, maintaining guest satisfaction and property safety.
- Take initiative to provide positive and productive interactions with customers.
- Reconcile the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.
- Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring accurate recording.
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, checking in and out guests as required.
- Maximize guest satisfaction and property safety.
- Attend to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Be a night owl who enjoys working with a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
- Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
- Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required.
- A good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus.
- An ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
