Job Title: Sector Manager
Location: Normandy Region
As a Sector Manager, you will oversee the commercial relationships of a portfolio comprising both existing and prospective key accounts, specifically for products associated with door hardware (including door closers, panic bars, door openers, locks, and mechanical cylinders).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales revenue, growth, and profit margins across the Normandy region, which encompasses Calvados, Eure, Eure et Loir, Manche, Orne, and Seine Maritime.
- Boost direct and indirect sales with current and future clients, including general hardware retailers, builders, installers, and end users.
- Foster high-level relationships and provide ongoing training to clients' personnel regarding dormakaba products.
- Oversee significant projects in collaboration with the specification team.
- Work closely with colleagues to advocate for the complete range of dormakaba offerings.
- Manage after-sales service from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Engage in debt recovery initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Equivalent of a business school degree or relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales capacity within the hardware, door closers, or access control industry.
- Experience in managing a professional distribution network.
- Familiarity with installers in the construction sector, ideally with a focus on carpentry.
