Job Title: Global Lead, Data Management

AXA XL is seeking a strategic leader to drive the maturation of Data Management across the organization. As Global Lead, Data Management, you will contribute to the development of a world-class Data Management platform that enables the organization to generate significant non-linear growth and value from its data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate and execute a comprehensive Data Management strategy that aligns with AXA XL's data strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, guiding principles, and frameworks to ensure effective data management across the organization.
  • Drive data governance, data quality, and data security initiatives to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement data management solutions that meet business needs and drive business value.
  • Lead the development of a data management roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and data owners, to ensure effective data management and governance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate stakeholders on data management best practices and ensure data literacy across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management to ensure AXA XL remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Strategic leader with a strong understanding of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex data management issues.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs to educate stakeholders on data management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management.
