About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Director to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation efforts and ensuring the successful integration of our regions and entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate, pilot, and coordinate the HR aspects of our transformation operations in the regions and entities of the Veolia group.
- Accompany the M&A teams on acquisition projects, focusing on social and change aspects.
- Manage the HR scope of the headquarters on a daily basis.
- Accompany and advise the Group HR Director on social relations and Annual Negotiations.
- Advise and/or accompany regional HR managers on social relations, collective agreements, and complex contentious issues.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in HR or social law with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Have a proven track record in general HR, with experience in project management or transformation, particularly through the integration of companies (retro planning, reporting, formalization of action plans).
- Have a good overview to manage transverse projects and the HR scope of the headquarters. Ability to get your hands dirty and have a sense of detail. Occasional travel (30-50% of the time).
