AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled Climate and Sustainability Risks Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within the Group Risk Management (GRM) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing risk management frameworks related to climate change and sustainability risks across the Group and its entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to address climate change and sustainability risks, including physical and transition risks.
- Lead working groups on climate change and sustainability projects with Group and local correspondents.
- Coordinate with Group stakeholders to produce the Climate section of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report.
- Define and ensure consistent implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework, including annual updates to be submitted to the ARCC and Finance & Risk Committee of the Board.
- Produce the Group Risk Appetite quarterly dashboard and notify Group Risk Appetite breaches to the Group governance bodies.
We are looking for a strong risk management professional with experience in insurance business, finance, legal and compliance matters, and data quality. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as well as strong leadership and ability to foster solutions in complex situations. Adaptation skills to collaborate with various teams and seniority levels are also required.
