Senior Enterprise Systems Architect for Steel Industry

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our dynamic D&IT Manufacturing/Maintenance/Quality department as a Senior Enterprise Systems Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) applications.
Key Responsibilities- Create a strategic plan for connecting Flat Europe systems with MES PSIMetals
- Incorporate scope of sites not keeping legacy Product Dressing in projects, collaborating with architects
- Educate and advise sites on adopting templates, ensuring consistency
- Extend knowledge to support implementations in other clusters and regions
- Define high-level architecture for the Scale-Up Quality program
- Lead a team of functional architects working on MES
- Manage a team of 5-7 architects, collaborating with mills, PSI, and AMDC
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in IT Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Steel Industry
- Knowledge of main business processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills to train Architects and experts
- User-oriented, team spirit, analytical skills, abstract thinking, and empathy
- Ability to propose process improvements and synthesize complex situations
- Fluency in English, French, Spanish, or German is a plus
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
