As part of our dynamic HR Department in France, you will contribute to the HR Development team, focusing on recruitment processes and employee development initiatives for a national scope.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate in the recruitment process: identifying staffing needs, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates, participating in interviews, and providing insightful feedback.
- Manage the onboarding experience: handle administrative tasks, prepare employment contracts, schedule orientations, and serve as a primary point of contact for new employees.
- Support HR development initiatives: assist with the administrative organization of career progression programs for internal employees.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various HR functions: prepare presentations, organize training sessions, coordinate medical appointments, manage contract amendments, and more.
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards and reports.
This position is suitable for candidates with a BAC +4/5 level degree in Human Resources Management. Proficiency in digital tools, particularly Gsuite and Microsoft Office, is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical abilities are essential.
