About INGEO: Our company is dedicated to geotechnical analysis, non-collective sanitation assessments, and hydrological evaluations, alongside stormwater management. With a workforce of approximately 30 professionals and multiple offices across France, we are equipped to perform studies nationwide through our extensive network of Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the company's subsidiaries
- Lead business development initiatives
- Broaden the company's client base
- Manage human resources policies
- Address claims and liaise with insurers and experts
- Oversee equipment inventory
- Supervise subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Prepare operational reports
- Collaborate with the CFO to formulate the company budget

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction engineering, or civil engineering
