IT Project Manager - DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager - DevOps Engineer to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Product Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing solution designs, aligning them with our internal customers, and implementing them with our external partners to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solution designs and implement them with external partners
  • Work with Business Process Managers to design solutions that enable our teams to be more effective
  • Provide expert advice on technology best practices to clients
  • Spearhead or lead IT projects that optimize systems and streamline processes
  • Oversee process management, IT service strategy, and business relationship management
  • Contribute to establishing a high-performance IT organization that drives business success
Qualifications:
  • University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep understanding of business models, especially within automotive
  • Strong knowledge of PLM & CAX systems, IT Demand/Project Management Systems, and IT Service Management
  • Experience in Product Engineering and Program Management processes
  • Leadership skills with a strong sense of respect and open to cross-cultural collaboration
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1) for internal and external stakeholders
