Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to drive the financial management and strategic development of a leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer care products in North Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role for a multinational company in the FMCG sector, covering North Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to drive business growth and profitability in North Africa.
* Collaborate with the executive team to identify financial opportunities and optimize costs throughout the organization.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards, as well as tax regulations and financial compliance.
* Analyze and prepare financial forecasts, reports, and risk assessments to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as a Director of Finance in a multinational company, preferably in the FMCG sector, covering North Africa.
* Excellent fluency in English and French is required.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with the executive team.
