Job Description
The Clinical Territory Associate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. This is a developmental role that requires high commitment and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support to surgical teams, including training and guidance on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Contribute to sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers through product demonstrations, in-services, and customer support trainings.
- Support regional sales and marketing development events, including product demonstrations and selling activities.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense reports, and online module submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
- Ambition and strong work ethic.
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
