Our client, a leading entity in passive mobile infrastructure management, is seeking a Manager of Leasing Negotiations and Relationships in the Île-de-France area.
This role operates within a dynamic environment characterized by significant customer and financial implications, requiring the candidate to collaborate across a diverse ecosystem both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate negotiation strategies with lessors to ensure mastery over contractual obligations, particularly financial components.
- Supervise the execution of negotiation strategies by leveraging both internal and external networks.
- Guide the internal team of contributors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the territory and foster trust with lessors.
- Support the company's objectives in infrastructure development by articulating needs related to negotiation and lessor relationship management.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in commercial sectors, real estate, asset management, or urban development.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Legal expertise to enhance the company's contract negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity or a strong interest in telecommunications network challenges.
