Offshore Wind Farm Cable Specialist Needed for La Rochelle Project

Are you an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a skilled Offshore Wind Farm Cable Specialist to join our team in La Rochelle, France. This 12-month contract comes with a competitive day rate of €500 and a unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities
  • Cable Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of cable systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring all cable operations align with client specifications and industry benchmarks.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks in cable operations, collaborating with technical teams to devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all cable-related activities and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure seamless communication and coordination among all parties involved in the project, facilitating smooth and timely operations.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in cable management within offshore wind farm projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of cable technologies, installation procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly beneficial.
