Job Overview:
The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Professional to join our team for a 12-month contract in La Rochelle, France. This role offers a competitive day rate of €500 and the opportunity to contribute to pioneering renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring all cable operations align with client specifications and industry benchmarks.
- Quality Control: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of the cable systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks in cable operations, collaborating with technical teams to devise effective mitigation strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all cable-related activities and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
- Effective Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination among all parties involved in the project, facilitating smooth and timely operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor all cable activities to ensure compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in cable management within offshore wind farm projects.
- Extensive knowledge of cable technologies, installation procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly beneficial.
