Job Title: Instrument Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As an Instrument Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our oil and gas production installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all instrumentation and control systems operations and maintenance are carried out.
  • Provide daily assistance to the production team during startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations.
  • Organize and coordinate maintenance operations on site.
  • Assist the planning team with technical support for job preparation.
  • Work with specialists under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
  • Ensure compliance with COMPANY's HSE regulations and approved operating procedures.
  • Manage interventions using CMMS and check intervention reports.
  • Monitor the functioning of utilities and equipment.
  • Transfer knowledge to teams and participate in mentoring.
  • Carry out interventions within your field of competence.
Requirements:
  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC or equivalent).
  • Proven experience on instrumentation and control systems equipment.
  • Calibration of gauges and pressure safety valves.
  • 5 years' experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations.
  • Good knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
  • SAP/R3 experience and know-how.
  • Physical ability to work offshore in climatic conditions.
  • Working language: English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French and Portuguese recommended.

Offshore near Luanda.

Candidate Criteria:
  • Minimum level of experience required: 10 years or more.
  • Required authorizations: BOSIET, Medical certificate, Training APAVE Habilitation Elec: H0/BR/BC/B2.
  • Languages: English (D-Full professional proficiency), Portuguese (C-Professional working proficiency), French (D-Full professional proficiency).
