Imerys is seeking an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineer to lead industrial projects and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement electrical and automation designs for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with Imerys standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project cost estimates and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project execution, including on-site works, reviews, and commissioning phases.
- Lead technical scopes and specifications, participate in procurement, and analyze technical offers.
- Provide feedback, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Train local teams and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Electrical engineering background with high knowledge in industrial automation systems.
- Project management skills and experience in managing automation and electrical engineering activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and another language.
- Comfortable working in a multinational environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical and automation engineering, with a focus on industrial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, in budget, and at expected performance.
