With a workforce of over 5,000 employees across 30 countries and an annual growth rate of 15%, we recruit nearly 700 technicians, administrative staff, logistics personnel, and support functions each year.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
  • Business Mentorship: Assist in identifying critical processes and backup strategies.
  • Disruption Preparedness: Equip the business to handle interruptions in operations due to unforeseen internal or external events.
  • Crisis Documentation: Create a 'country crisis handbook' for five key countries, ensuring tailored guidance for each.
  • Testing Scenarios: Develop testing scenarios for at least two major countries to validate preparedness.
  • Business Impact Analysis: Enhance the existing Business Impact Analysis to better assess risks.
  • BCP Program Development: Collaborate with all functional areas to establish and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program that addresses recovery and emergency response management.
    • Engage with BCP Coordinators to foster effective relationships and document BCP plans and handbooks based on specific use cases.
    • Work with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, establish recovery time objectives, and communicate business needs and expectations.
    • Align business plans with Enterprise BCP goals and challenge leaders on the identification of critical functions and requirements.
    • Design and outline BCP goals, objectives, and scope for business plans and crisis management.
  • Training Programs: Define and implement business continuity training and awareness programs.

Testing and Control Plans: Develop a comprehensive test plan and control strategy for business continuity.

Candidate Profile

Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Certifications in risk management or related fields are preferred.

ITIL certification is appreciated.

ISO 22301 knowledge is beneficial.

A minimum of three years of experience in Business Continuity Management.

Ability to thrive in a multi-country, multi-cultural environment.

Strong understanding of operational risk, resilience, and business process improvement methodologies, along with risk-related control frameworks and practices.

Pragmatic and action-oriented approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced computational functions.

Fluency in English and French is required.
