About the Role:

We are seeking an Accounting Apprentice to join our team at Airbus, specifically in the auxiliary accounting department (payable and receivable). As an apprentice, you will support all aspects of a suppliers portfolio on accounting standpoint, including invoice analysis, purchase order, and receive approval from appropriate & prepare invoices for payment. You will also allocate the incoming payments of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the auxiliary accounting department in managing suppliers' portfolios
  • Analyze invoices and prepare payments
  • Ensure compliance with finance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • BTS or bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Accounting knowledge, including balance sheet, customer, and supplier accounting
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Strong team spirit, communication, and rigor skills
  • English language skills at school level
