Nous recherchons un Project Contract Manager (F/H) pour notre activité Rolling Stock, basé(e) à Saint-Ouen (93), au sein de notre siège.
Vous aurez à gérer un portefeuille de projets en France et à l'étranger.
Vous rapporterez hiérarchiquement au Responsable du Contract Management du Grand Compte Client concerné et serez rattaché à la Direction Juridique France.
Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe projet pluridisciplinaires (finance, planning, opérations, qualités, achats,...) dont vous serez un membre clé.
A propos de vos responsabilitésVous serez l'expert du contrat sur tout son cycle de vie, vous managez et coordonnez le développement et la mise en place de stratégies proactives de gestion des contrats/réclamations et d'atténuation des risques conformément aux objectifs commerciaux d'Alstom (y compris les prolongations de délai, les modifications de contrat, la gestion des réclamations, des litiges et des pénalités).
A cet égard, vous interviendrez sur la définition de la stratégie contractuelle projet, la définition des risques et des opportunités ainsi que leur traitement dans le cadre des revues financières projets.
Vous serez notamment en charge de la rédaction des courriers, le suivi des modifications et la constitution des mémoires en réclamation défensifs et offensifs.
Visible du client, vous participez aux réunions mensuelles d'avancement et aux réunions contrat dédiées.
A propos du profil recherché- Vous êtes Ingénieur de formation ou vous avez un bac+5 en économie / école de commerce ou diplôme juridique ;
- Vous avez au minimum 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en contract / claim management dans un secteur industriel et une expérience en gestion de projet ou au sein d'un service juridique ;
- Vous savez interpréter, rédiger des contrats et résoudre des difficultés avec pragmatisme et créativité ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais de façon totalement autonome ;
- Votre sens du relationnel et des responsabilités seront des réels atouts à votre candidature.
