Our team of engineers and technicians provides reactive and expert support throughout each project, from audit to return on experience. Our sectors of intervention include Oil & Gas, petrochemistry, agro-industry, offshore, construction/BTP, steel, and energy.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in Île-de-France.
The main missions are:
- Define and evolve the overall contract strategy for the project, covering both the construction management contract and the civil engineering contracts.
- Provide daily contract support to project teams and share best practices throughout the project.
- Accompany market managers in the execution and closure of civil engineering contracts.
- Write letters, new price requests, service orders, and analyze additional compensation requests.
- Participate in contract reviews to ensure the smooth execution of construction management contracts and titles.
- Identify the contractual obligations of titles to anticipate variation requests and claims.
- Analyze requests for contract evolution or claims from service providers, propose treatment strategies, and evaluate the relevance of financial amounts involved.
- Manage changes to contract scope and pre-contentious situations.
- Participate in the Final General Balance (DGD) and closure of civil engineering contracts.
Expected deliverables:
- Progress reports, work follow-up, and reserve lifting.
- Site meeting minutes.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction, law, or a related field, or Master's degree in project management or public contract law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale projects, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Thorough knowledge of the Public Procurement Code and CCAG Travaux.
- Experience on similar projects in the infrastructure sector.
- Expertise in civil engineering, construction, or large infrastructure projects.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
- Proficiency in Autocad and Revit.
- Excellent writing skills in French.
