Position Overview:
As a Financial and HR Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the Human Resources Department, collaborating closely with the Compensation & Benefits Director and the Finance Department. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining and advancing our comprehensive compensation strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Finance Department, analyzing trends and changes in salary expenditures in accordance with approved budgets.
- Oversee and streamline the entire budgeting and forecasting process related to employee compensation.
- Generate reports to assess discrepancies between projected and actual financial outcomes, providing essential metrics for monthly salary expenditure evaluations.
- Refine and enhance the methodology for analyzing personnel costs.
- Supply necessary information for accounting provisions concerning remuneration elements.
- Evaluate and predict the financial implications of the group’s HR policies and management practices.
- Act as the functional manager for the salary expenditure control system.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to HR teams and operational divisions.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background from a business school or university with a focus on finance and/or human resources.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control, with proven expertise in both finance and HR domains.
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English, with experience in leading meetings.
- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with SAP, Workday, and BI tools is advantageous.
