We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at CYTOO SA. This exciting role will involve the Prospection and sales of innovative skin-based assays to the cosmetic industry, as well as the sales administration of micropatterned products addressing cutting-edge applications to the worldwide academic community.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing existing accounts for skin-based assays in the cosmetic industry;
  • Identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing new fee-for-service opportunities worldwide;
  • Interacting internally with the R&D staff to establish the Statement of Works;
  • Adding and updating opportunities in SalesForce;
  • Providing accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining and developing existing key accounts for micropatterned products;
  • Administering the sales from inbound enquiries;
  • Interacting internally with the production lab manager and technical experts to identify adequate products;
  • Adding and updating opportunities in SalesForce;
  • Providing accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An MSc degree in biological sciences;
  • A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience of life science products and/or cell-based assay services;
  • Excellent sales skills including prospecting, public presentation, and communication, listening, negotiating, and closing;
  • Ability to translate customer needs into a meaningful proposal;
  • Results-oriented and very well-organized;
  • Proficient with MS Office products and Salesforce CRM;
  • Native or native-like fluency in English mandatory.
