Maintenance Operations Supervisor

At SPIE, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our offshore maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide technical support to the planning team to ensure accurate job preparation and execution.
- Lead a team of specialists in performing maintenance operations under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
- Ensure compliance with COMPANY HSE regulations, approved operating procedures, and industry standards.
- Manage interventions using the CMMS and review reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor equipment and utilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement knowledge transfer programs to ensure smooth handovers and skill development within the team.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the offshore industry.
- Hold a valid BOSIET certification and medical certification.
- Proficient in English (C-Professional working proficiency), French (E-Native or bilingual proficiency), and Portuguese (E-Native or bilingual proficiency).
