About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team at VINCI ENERGIES FRANCE INDUSTRIE NORMANDIE IDF. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation and instrumentation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical site teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical site management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and instrumentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license (B permit).
