Intern - Learning Officer

Your Role:

  • Within the Arendt Investor Services Learning department, you will support the Learning team in partnership with One Arendt Investor Services experts and external vendors.
  • Manage the training calendar, plan the training courses/trainers, publish the learning sessions on Arendt Investor Services learning platform.
  • Provide necessary information about sessions.
  • Book physical or virtual classrooms and block trainers' agenda.
  • Prepare classrooms (in class & virtual) and learning material.
  • Maintain training records (participant lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
  • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices.
  • Compile learning feedback and provide compilation to trainer and design and development team.
  • Draft reports on training activities and results.
  • Administrate Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data, including management of rights.
  • Process invoices and check the invoices against orders.

Your Profile:

  • You are a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources and are looking for an internship as part of your studies.
  • You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written).
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel.
  • You are highly organised, rigorous with an eye for details and fast-learner.
  • You are able to work autonomously.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player.
