Transversal Project Management Officer F/H

Position Overview:
The role of the Transversal Project Management Officer (PMO) at Nexter involves overseeing and enhancing project management practices across various program divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance PMO capabilities within diverse program sectors,
- Provide consultancy and operational assistance during project initiation, proposal phases, or in instances of pilot project setbacks,
- Establish and refine operational standards, methodologies, regulations, and tools for programs, ensuring ongoing enhancement,
- Enforce adherence to these standards throughout all programs,
- Evaluate the application of standards, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective measures,
- Develop and track process and outcome KPIs,
- Mentor Project PMOs on planning strategies and methodologies,
- Recognize and evaluate risks and opportunities within projects,
- Assess resource allocation and ensure alignment with project requirements,
- Facilitate feedback sessions for PMO projects and leverage insights gained,
- Drive initiatives for continuous PMO improvement and assist in the evolution of PPM tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in project management with extensive PMO experience,
- Familiarity with industrial sectors, particularly in Defense, is advantageous,
- Expertise in project management methodologies and proficiency in Excel & Office Suite,
- Experience with project planning tools/software is beneficial,
- Essential qualities include autonomy, initiative, meticulousness, strong communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
