Position Overview:

As part of our Performance Management division (Business Consulting Services - BCS), you will collaborate with client management across various sectors (General, Financial, Information Systems, Human Resources, Purchasing, CSR, etc.) to address challenges related to organizational structure, processes, information systems, and overall activity management. Your role will encompass the following consulting responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Management Control: Conducting analyses and evaluations of organizational processes and tools, providing actionable recommendations to optimize the Finance Department's operations (data governance, budget process enhancement, etc.),
  • Facilitating Performance Management: Redesigning management frameworks, identifying key performance indicators, and developing dashboards to align strategies at both executive and operational levels,
  • Advancing Information Systems: Drafting specifications, assisting in tool selection (SAP, Oracle, IBM, Power BI, etc.), and supporting the implementation of information systems throughout all project phases (design, execution, testing, deployment...),
  • Managing Change: Defining strategies and providing support for the adoption of new tools and processes.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A Master’s degree (Business school, engineering school, University, etc.) and a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a consulting firm, ESN, or financial departments involved in transformation initiatives,
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders,
  • Proficiency in both oral and written communication,
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities (formalization and presentation),
  • Solid understanding of functional areas related to Performance Management,
  • Experience with finance-related information systems (ERP, EPM, or BI),
  • Proactive mindset and a strong ability to collaborate within a team,
  • Experience in leading projects with a high degree of autonomy,
  • A passion for innovation and technology as drivers for growth,
  • Fluency in business English.
