We are in search of a Senior Consultant in HR Systems and Advisory Services to enhance our vibrant and forward-thinking team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and comprehend client requirements regarding HR systems.
- Suggest creative solutions to tackle HR and IT obstacles.
- Oversee and facilitate HRIS deployment initiatives.
- Assist in change management and educate users on new tools and methodologies.
- Remain informed about technological and regulatory advancements to foresee shifts in the HRIS landscape.
- Contribute to the growth of the HR systems division.
- Gradually engage in more extensive HR consulting projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree from a leading engineering, business, or university with a focus on HR or IT.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Systems, ideally including 2 years in a consulting environment or with a software provider.
- Thorough understanding of HR processes.
- Acquainted with the HR technology sector and experience with various market solutions.
