The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and implementation of B2B and Edu marketing strategy as part of North American global marketing plans. This role will be responsible for managing the marketing planning and output for our B2B and education within North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of B2B and Edu marketing strategy as part of North American global marketing plans.
- Identify target B2B and Edu market segments, buyer personas, and key decision-makers to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Develop compelling B2B, Edu, and homeschool content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, to educate and engage target audiences and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on B2B and Edu marketing initiatives, product messaging, and positioning to ensure alignment and effectiveness in customer interactions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Comfortable with data and marketing research
- Knowledge of latest marketing technologies and trends
- An understanding of marketing children's products/marketing to parents
