Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

What We Offer

As part of our robust growth strategy, we are expanding our operations and are looking to recruit 20 Inside Sales Specialists to be part of this exciting journey, where exceptional customer service and innovation are at the forefront of our mission.

In the Contact Center (remote sales), the Inside Sales Specialist will primarily focus on developing and retaining a designated customer portfolio (revenue generation, new clients, cross-selling) by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in a consultative manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our financial products, including Life Insurance, Individual Retirement Savings Plans, and Insurance, to a diverse clientele: professionals, entrepreneurs, and the general public.
  • Meeting specific sales objectives.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through advisory services and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Conducting commercial reporting using our designated tools.
  • Engaging in various test and learn initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance.

This role requires working on a rotating schedule with flexible hours.

This Role is Ideal for You If

  • You hold a Bac+2/3 qualification in insurance, banking, or a commercial discipline and have a proven track record in remote sales of financial products and services within call centers or similar sectors (banking, insurance, loan brokerage, etc.).
  • You possess strong telephone sales skills.
  • You have a passion for customer service.
