What We Provide

As part of our robust growth strategy, we are expanding our operations and are looking to recruit 20 Inside Sales Specialists to embark on this exciting journey, where exceptional customer service and innovation are at the forefront of our commitment.

In the Contact Center (remote sales), the primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Specialist is to cultivate and maintain a designated customer portfolio (revenue, new clients, multi-product offerings) by identifying needs and providing customized solutions with a genuine advisory approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our financial solutions including Life Insurance, Individual Retirement Savings Plans, and Insurance to a diverse clientele: professionals, entrepreneurs, and the general public.
  • Meeting specific sales objectives.
  • Ensuring an advisory role and customer experience that guarantees a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conducting commercial reporting using the designated tools.
  • Engaging in various test and learn initiatives aimed at innovating to enhance sales performance.

This role requires working on a rotating schedule with flexible hours.

This Role is Ideal for You If

  • You hold a Bac+2/3 degree in insurance, banking, or commercial fields, and have acquired successful experience in remote sales of financial products and services within call centers or related sectors (banking networks, insurance, loan brokerage, etc.).
  • You are proficient in telephone sales techniques.
  • You possess a strong inclination towards customer service.
  • Beyond relevant experience, we value your personality, eagerness to showcase your sales capabilities, and ambition within a team setting.
