Our Product Division develops, produces, and distributes audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. We deliver a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative in the industry.
We are seeking a skilled Commissioning and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical support to external and internal customers and contribute to our 24/7 customer hotline.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to external and internal customers via phone, email, and remote online sessions.
- Support customers with live productions and debug technical issues in the lab or office.
- Visit customers on-site or remotely to perform debug and resolve problems.
- Execute commissioning of baseband and IP-based audio and video systems.
- Develop and deliver customer training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and R&D.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast, live sports, and entertainment market.
- Experience in broadcast production workflow and knowledge of new digital media standards, including video and audio over IP/SMPTE 2110.
- Understanding of network architecture and deployment is a plus.
- University studies or equivalent trainee program in Information Technology, electrical engineering, or communications engineering.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-organized and capable of self-educating on new technologies.
- Team player with a strong personality and loyalty to the company.
- English language proficiency is a must; other languages are a plus.
- Mobility and willingness to travel.
