We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Pipeline Group team at our Suresnes, Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading or supporting a team of installation engineers in the execution of pipeline installation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support or lead a team of method engineers in the development of project scopes, from early engagement with clients to offshore execution.
- Provide technical expertise in pipeline installation and contribute to the selection of sub-contractors.
- Produce installation method statements and procedures, support procurement activities, and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Assist in the development of feasibility studies, method statements, manhour estimates, and schedule inputs for tendering purposes.
- Support the procurement, fabrication, and testing of installation aids.
- Lead the execution of project scopes offshore on our installation vessels.
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Marine, Naval, Offshore Technology, Civil, or Mechanical.
- Relevant experience as a project engineer in a subsea engineering field, preferably in offshore pipeline installation, particularly in the reel lay discipline.
- Experience in guiding and leading teams of engineers in project scopes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the business.
