We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Finance Manager with a solid foundation in Transaction Services and Auditing, complemented by substantial experience in the financial department of a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). This pivotal role is essential for our organization's financial operations and strategic direction, and we seek a professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the financial transactions and auditing processes to ensure adherence to statutory laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to deliver insights and recommendations concerning financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic advice regarding capital financing options to facilitate company growth.
  • Develop and implement internal audit strategies aimed at mitigating financial risks.
  • Lead due diligence efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate financial strategies that align with overarching company objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, the board of directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance in financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance, divided between transaction services/audit and the financial department of an SME.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
