Role Overview:
- Oversee a team of approximately 40 personnel within a production or logistics sector,
- Enhance the competencies of your team members,
- Play a key role in shaping and executing the organization's strategic initiatives,
- Take responsibility for your area in project management and ongoing improvement efforts (quality, health, safety),
- Manage or direct work groups to optimize operational methods and standards while minimizing waste,
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, engaging and communicating effectively with your team,
- Cultivate a positive work environment and address conflicts proactively,
- Encourage participation and accountability among all team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience or a Master's Degree,
- Prior experience in frontline management is preferred,
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.

- Capability to implement and uphold standards while collaborating across functions,
